LOVE STORY
We first met in 2015 and started dating. A year after our first date we decided to live our dreams, and unfortunately we had different plans. I moved to Massachusetts – USA, and he moved to Sidney – Australia. We kept in touch and decided that even apart, we still wanted to be together. In 2017 we took vacations together and we met in Brazil. It was when he proposed me, and of course I said YES!!
I went back to USA and he went back to Australia.
In September 2019 we got married surrounded by our family and friends. Besides the distance, we had the will to be together and this was what keep our moving!
WEDDING DAY
Everything works for us to have the best day of our lives. Just a day before was raining and our venue was going to happen in an open place. The day downed sunny, not hot, not cold, it was perfect. I always dreamed to get marry at the sunset and it happened just like I always imagined. We had our family and friends celebrating with us. I was just magic.
1. What made you fall in love with each other? Or what do you love the most about each other?
Thalita: His personality, his caring and loving way. I love everything about him, how hard worker he is, smart, funny and I love the way that he takes care of our family.
Pedro:Her big and caring heart, she makes me feel safe and loved. I love how she makes me feel at home, and does not matter where we are, it will always be home by her side.
2. Three words that sum up the wedding day?
Happiness, Unforgettable and Love.
3. What was your favorite moment of the day?
When I walked on the aisle and I could see my husband face.
4. How did you choose your wedding dress?
I was looking online for inspiration dresses online and I found the JJ’s House website, when I felt in love with my wedding dress.
5. How did you feel in your dress?
Stunning! Was the first time I really fell like a bride. I had never tried any wedding dress before. Was love at the first glance.
6. What made you choose JJsHouse?
The reviews and the fact that I found the dress of my dreams.
7. What’s your best tip for dressing for the big day to share with other brides?
Above all, you need to feel comfortable! This is the primary point.Second, you need to feel beautiful, and doesn’t matter what people would says, your opinion is the most important.
8. Did you have any problems preparing your wedding? If so, how did you solve it?
Everything worked as planed. My venue took place in Brazil, and I had to planed all at distance since I lived in USA. I first met my wedding planner 2 weeks before the wedding date, before that we only talked by video calls and e-mails, the same happened with the band, DJ, Buffet so on and so forth.
